He is survived by: his children, Marjorie Ford (Scott) of Madisonville and Andrew Miller of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Drew Miller, Andrea Miller, Greyson Miller and Kelly Oliver (Jerry); his great grandchild Naomi Elizabeth Oliver; his siblings, Carl Miller (Pat), Floyd Miller (Shirley), Vickie Martin (Steve) and Tim Miller (Martha); and his brother-in-law Leland Duke.
