She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Majors and Daisy Majors Harvey (Mayes); her stepfather Donda Wayne Harvey; her granddaughter Areanna Robinson; and her siblings, Peggy Pleasant, Joyce Dugan, Roger "Muttly" Majors and Tommy Majors.
She is survived by: her husband Scotty Phelps; her children, Danial Phelps and April Phelps; her grandchildren, Kammeron Ferguson, Mathyus Phelps and Gavin Phelps; and her siblings, Katheryn Hamilton (Wade), Pam Earl, David "Swampy" Harvey and Jessie Majors.
