He is survived by: his wife Pam Allen (Oglesby); his daughters, Tiffany Baize (Johnathon) of White Plains and Tara Parker (Marty) of White Plains; his grandchildren, Kayley Baize and Kolby Baize; and his brothers, Dwight "Tater" Allen (Wanda) of Nortonville and Avery Allen (Rosa) of White Plains. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
