With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lu Ann Heltsley (White Plains, Kentucky), who passed away on October 13, 2019 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Heltsley and Genieve Heltsley (Stanley); and her sister Pamela Heltsley. She is survived by: her son Ryan Lantrip (Jason) of Mortons Gap; and her brothers, Richard Heltsley, Jr. (Patricia) of Madisonville, Gary Heltsley (Teresa) of Clarksville, TN and Jeff Heltsley (Linda) of White Plains. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
