He was predeceased by: his father James Allen Dugger. He is survived by: his mother Glenda Joan Dugger of Mortons Gap; his wife Vickie Dugger of White Plains; his son Jay Dugger (Jennifer) of White Plains; his siblings, Robert Dugger of Jacksonville, FL, Sherry Pierce of Madisonville, Rachel Adams of Madisonville and Ruth Tomes of Madisonville; and his grandchildren, Chole Dugger, Ashdyn Dugger and Jase Dugger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
