She is survived by: her husband Ronald Smith; her children, Christy Brooks (Wesley) of Madisonville, KY and Adam Smith (Mandy) of Madisonville; her stepsons, Travis Smith (Lisa) of Madisonville and Trent Smith (Missy) of Breman, KY; her siblings, Kathy Mercer (J. L.) of White Plains, David Crick (Judy) of White Plains, Steve Crick (Carolyn) of White Plains, Mike Crick (Gail) of Madisonville and Jimmy Crick (Dorothy) of Crofton, KY; and her grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Maddie Smith, Carter Brooks, Jacob Young, Jackson Young, Lukus Young, Logan Smith, Landen Smith and Autumn Smith.
