He is survived by: his wife Shirley Carroll (Phelps); his children, Brian Carroll (Amy) of Bowling Green and Niki Norman (Todd) of Madisonville; and his grandchildren, Jack Carroll, Ben Carroll, Emily Carroll, Corey McKinley, Chloe McKinley, Lilli Norman, Corey Norman, Kayla Todd, Madison Norman and Morgan Norman. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
