He is survived by: his children, Amanda Haynes (Larry) of Nortonville, Ryan Allen (Misti) of Madisonville, Matt Allen (Tina) of Madisonville and Nathan Allen (Stephanie) of Madisonville; his brother Dwight Allen of Nortonville; his partner's children, Thomas and Joel Bourland of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Jordan Allen (Darian), Trent Allen, Tyler Allen, Ryan "Boogie" Allen, Emily Gordon (Stephen), Matt Haynes, Gage Allen, Gavin Allen, Mattox Allen, Isaiah Davis, Elijah Davis and Aliviauna Conrad; and his great grandchildren, Elvie-Lynn Gordon and Indi Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
