She was predeceased by: her parents, Hosie Phillips and Mary Pharris Phillips; her husband Arlyn Jenkins; her son Caroll Conrad; and her brothers, Elton Phillips and George Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Masoncup (Damon Dunn) of Hopkinsville, KY, Janice Poe (James Hinton) of Madisonville, KY, Sherman Conrad (Sonya) of Madisonville, KY, Mary Emerson (Charles) of Nortonville, KY, A. J. Jenkins (Lucy) of Madisonville, KY and Meneisa Jenkins of Fulton, KY; and her siblings, Anita Slaton of Florida and Raymond Phillips of Taylor, MI. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; two nephews and one niece.
