He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Russell Baggett and James Ernest Baggett; and his siblings, Curtis Baggett, Johnny G. Baggett and Kathleen Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Dean Cunningham Baggett of White Plains; his children, Brentley Baggett of Madisonville, Robert Jason Baggett of Madisonville and Vickie Marks of White Plains; and his sister-in-law Tempie Phelps. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
