She is survived by: her children, John Colby Haddix of Jackson, KY. and Christy Haddix of Jackson, KY.; her siblings, Herbert Bowling (Bonnie) of Sharpsburg, KY., Joyce Begley of Jackson, KY., Barbara Carroll (Coleman) of Jackson, KY. and Jean Stamper (Fred) of Jackson, KY.; and her grandchildren, Kaitlin Lutes, Patric Haddix, Rose Champ (Carlin), Jacob Childers, Kelsey Mullins, Andrew Combs, Cody Haddix, Hunter Haddix, Rachel Sizemore and Kendra Sizemore. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
