He was predeceased by: his parents, Asberry Stevens and Pearlie Holbrook Stevens; his brother Robert Stevens; and his stepdaughter Raven Raleigh. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bush of Whick, KY.; his stepson Gary Raleigh (Tiffany) of Whick, KY.; his grandsons, Avery Bryce Raleigh and Maverick James Raleigh; his mother-in-law Bessie Burnett of Canoe, KY.; his siblings, Earl Stevens (Imogene) of Rousseau, KY. and Sue Chapman (Wick) of Jackson, KY.; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Stevens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the Deaton Funeral Home (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
