He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Sartin Johnson; his sons, Jarrod Lee Johnson (Chariti) of Bevinsville, KY and Justin Ryan Johnson of Bevinsville, KY; his siblings, Timothy, Freddie, Tommy Johnson, Mary Moore, Hedie Smallwood and Ruby Preston; and his grandchildren, Anthony Blake Johnson, Wyatt Johnson and Hannah Peters.
