He is survived by: his wife Evetta Williams Baldridge; his children, Steven Orville Baldridge of Greenville, TN, Samuel Tyler Baldridge (Kristen) of Bristol City, VA, Mark Smallwood (Megan Wright) of Jackhorn, KY, Stephanie Phillips (Rodney) of Bluff City, TN, Misty Jonas of Kingsport, TN and Lora Bentley (Derek) of Mallie; and his sisters, Thelma Edgerton (Ron) of Greeley, CO and Christine Burns (Scottie) of Eustes, FL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
