She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Adams and Lenora Jackson Adams; and her siblings, John Scott, Dorothy James, Ardella Johnson, Linda Walden and Frankie Pilson.
She is survived by: her husband Dwayne D. Hubbard; her children, Daniel Adams, David Moore Jr. (Shanna), Tika Palmer (Brian), Jason Woods and Kishia Dolata (Ryan); her siblings, William Powell (Lazell), Shirley Chambers (Howard) and Hattie Adams; her grandchildren, Sierra Murphy (Xavier), Kristen Adams, Kiara Adams, Bryanna Jones, Andrew Dolata, Kennady Moore of David Moore, III. and Brian Palmer Jr.; and her great grandchild Antoine Gamble Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
