We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2019, at the age of 72, Nadine Tackett (Wheelwright, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hays Vance and Martha Reynolds Vance; her children, Lonzie Tackett Jr., Randy Lynn Tackett and Carol Deane Tackett; and her brothers, Hays Vance, Wendell Vance and Glen Vance.

She is survived by: her spouse Lonzie Dean Tackett; her son Marty Tackett (Melissa) of Wheelwright, Kentucky; her sister Evelyn Harwick of Florida; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Austin, Isaiah, Lonzie III, Destiny and William.
