She is survived by: her husband Carlie Stacy Jr.; her children, Ken Smith (Devada Moore), Jake Mullins (Mindy Smith) and Beth Mullins; her grandchildren, Ryan Cameron Dobson, Hayden Lillian Banks, Brooklyn Dakota Banks, Colton Osby Dobson and Summer Wombles; and her sister Elizabeth Smith Stacy Host. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
