She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cecil and Ola Marcum England; her husband Charles Edward Williams; and her siblings, Bill England (Pat), Ivan England, Rhea L. England and Phyllis J. Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Williams II (Karen) of Wheelwright, KY, Michael Williams (Tonya) of Prestonsburg, KY, Robert Williams (Jenny) of Prestonsburg, KY and Dondra Caudill of Lenoir, NC.; her grandchildren, Charles "Bub" Williams III (Jamie), Tiffany Allen (Tony), Elizabeth Spears (Johnny), Keith, Tyler Williams, Dakota Caudill (Bethany), Kayla Hifko (Adam), Barrett and Baylor Alyse Williams; and her great grandchildren, Johnna, Emily Spears, Taylor Allen, Adley, Cora Hifko, Jaxson and Kingsley Williams.
