He is survived by: his children, Tom Clark (Vickie), Lauri Clark Carrico (Patrick), Mark Slaughter (Kelley) and John Slaughter (Luba); and his brother Gary Slaughter (Susan).
Memorial donations can be made in Michael's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
