He is survived by: his father John Osborne (Robin); his girlfriend Shauna Sexton; his children, Jennifer Lindsey Spradlin Osborne, Chandler Spradlin, Cameron Spradlin, Harley Spradlin, Aiden Osborne, Riley Osborne and Abbygail Osborne; his brothers, John Osborne, Jr. and Paul Houston Trusty; and his grandchildren, Britton and Bailey Spradlin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
