It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Lou Sparks Butcher of West Van Lear, Kentucky, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nelson Sparks and Ruth Spradlin Sparks; and her siblings, Peggy Sparks Stafford, Kathy Sparks Terry, Elizabeth Sparks Dennison and James Sparks (Jim).

She is survived by: her sons, Don Allen Butcher, James Butcher, Jonathan Ray Butcher and Offutt of Kentucky; and her brother John Sparks of Paintsville. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
