With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Dale Samples of West Point, Kentucky, who passed away on May 23, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Larry Wayne Samples; and his wife Theresa Gayle Samples. He is survived by: his mother Tressie Jean Haycraft Samples; and his siblings, Eric Dale Richmond, Diana Wise and Donna Plaiss. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
