He was predeceased by: his parents, Eligia Tilley and Dorothy Tilley. He is survived by: his wife Hannelore Tilley; his children, Timothy Tilley of Zirndorf, Germany, Tammy Bedwell of West Paducah, Sherry Beasley of Kevil and Terry "T. J."; and his siblings, Jerry Venters of Paducah, Mike Tilley of Paducah and Vicki Knight of Paducah. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
