She was predeceased by: her mother Diane Dinehart Burich; and her grandparents, Dorothy, Robert Dinehart, Gladys and Claude Hawn.

She is survived by: her children, Haley Gilley of Eufala, OK, Tanner Gilley (Lauren) of Wichita, KS, Zachary Mistelkse of Cleveland, OH and Seth Adelman of Paducah; her father Chuck Wallace; her stepmother Sandra Wallace of Benton, KY; her brothers, Ricky Wallace (Crystal) of Benton, KY and Charlie Wallace of Warren, OH; her stepbrother Billy Van Pelt (Kim) of Tell City, IN; her caregiver Sandra Orazine of West Paducah; and her aunt Karen Dinehart-Wanders. She is also survived by other loving aunts, uncles and severl nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, or PanCAN.
