He is survived by: his wife Iva Rouse Pullen of Paducah; his daughter Michelle Pullen of Louisville; and his siblings, Donald Johnson of Rock Island, IL, Keith Foreman of Paducah, Anthony Foree of Las Vegas, NV, Dorothy McGee of Rock Island, IL and Patricia Boyd of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by three uncles; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
