He is survived by: his wife Robbie Harrell Cruse; his children, Becky Morris (Todd) of Paducah, Jamie Joyner (Anthony) of Paducah, Curtis Cruse and Anthony Cruse (Tori) of Benton, KY; his sister Felecia "Boo" Melott (Jerry) of Kevil, KY; his grandchildren, Alex Minton, Kelsey Gross (Loren), Hailey Morris, Abby Morris (Kameron Howle), Taylor Smith (Gavin), Coen Joyner, Bryce Cruse and Blakely Cruse; his great grandchild Theo Gross; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Cruse and Tony McDaniel; his parents, Lloyd Cruse and Georgia Wallace Molott; his stepfather Virgil Molott; and his siblings, Lisa Cruse and Randall Cruse.
