He was predeceased by: his son Michael Lanier; his father Bill Lanier; and his stepfather Juan Fehr. He is survived by: his wife Pam Lanier of West Paducah; his mother Noma Fehr of Coal City; his son Brad Wallace (Anne) of West Paducah; his siblings, Kenny Lanier of Coal City, Tom Fehr of Coal City, Tim Fehr of Joliet, Chris Fehr of Chatham, Illinois., Brenda Anderson of Braidwood, Sandy Paquet of South Wilmington, Julie Housman of Essex and Laurie Bianchetti of Diamond, Illinois.; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Mathis, Beau Mathis, Cameron Wallace and Abbigale Wallace.
