He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Grassham, Sr. and Louise Cates Grassham; and his brothers, Charles William Grassham, Jr. and Louis Webster Grassham. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rose Gammon Grassham; his children, Lee Ann Holt Earwood (Scott) of Louisville, Kentucky and Bryan Holt (Lisa) of Metropolis, Illinois; and his brother Tom Grassham (Kathy) of Paducah. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; four nieces; one nephew.
