Jimmy Alan is survived by: children, James LaSalvia of Paducah, KY, Matthew LaSalvia of Villa Hills, KY, Elise Allen of Spring Branch, TX and Laura Dahlberg of Plano, TX.; and siblings, Nancy Akers of Goshen, KY and Michael Cargill of Georgetown, TX. Jimmy Alan is also survived by six grandchildren.
