He was predeceased by: his parents, Adren Henley and Ethel Goins Henley; and his grandson Nicholas Cash. He is survived by: his wife Paula Wray Henley; his children, Teresa Henley Cash (Chad) of West Paducah and Jackie Henley of West Paducah; his siblings, Dorothy Willis (Lynn) of Paducah, Beatrice Cooper of Paducah and Eugene Henley (Helen) of Kevil; his grandchildren, Audrie Henley, Zachary Henley and Matthew Cash; his great grandchild Catalina Henley; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Lue Spencer, Alice Sue Summers, Addie Bush, Brenda Hyde (Jerry) and Lendon "Tink" Wray (Kathy).
