He is survived by: his wife Linda Richardson of Kevil, KY; his stepsons, Garrick Cook (Lisa) of Kevil, KY and Kyle Drysdale (Marianna) of Kevil, KY; his sisters, Sandra Hall (Larry) of Paducah, KY, Vicki Catterson of Quincy and Judy McClean of Macomb, Illinois; his grandchildren, Bryan Cook, Carissa Cook, Christen Cook and Rayne Cook; and his great grandchildren, Marcus House, Jaydon Humphrey, Ava Humphrey and Jordan Gregory Cook.
