He was predeceased by: his parents, Dickson H. Frazier and Opal Brown Frazier. He is survived by: his son Mark Reed; his wife Shirley Mosley Frazier; his children, Brenda Hooks (David) of Moultrie, Karen Reed of West Paducah, Jeffery Frazier of Kevil and Richard B. Frazier (Lisa Sullivan) of Fenton, Missouri; his brother Richard H Frazier (Sheila) of Paducah; and his grandchildren, Preston Thompson (Megan), Ashlyn Frazier, Toby Frazier, Keira Frazier, Monica Bromlow and Michael Tillman.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to Central Church of Christ youth group in memory of Frank Frazier, or Project Hope Humane Society.
