It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Farmer Collins Jr. of West Paducah, Kentucky, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Farmer Collins Sr. and Beulah Collins (Sheffler); his brothers, Bill and Tom "Jimmy" Collins; and his son Jerry Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Burton of West Paducah; his children, Larry E Collins (Janice Pandolfi) and Sandra F Ham (David Ham); his daughter-in-law Marsha Collins; and his brother Alva Collins.
