She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Harold Lowe; her sisters, Joann Dovey, Bobbi Stone and Jackie Hutchinson; and her parents, Patrick Hobart Rose and Robbie Louise Neal Chambers.
She is survived by: her children, Alicia Turner (Larry) of West Paducah, Kentucky and Dewaine Lowe (Michelle) of Paducah, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Lauren Kennady (Austin) of Paducah, Hillary Bell (Dustin) of Paducah, Shelby McCutchen of Paducah and Rachel Lowe of Paducah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
