It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Wayne Wheatley of West Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda Boren; and his parents, John B. Wheatley and Mary Owsley King. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ransom Wheatley; his children, Johnna Wheatley Day (Charles Jr.) of Paducah and Dennis Wheatley Jr. of Paducah; his grandchildren, Seth Day of Paducah, Nicole Day of Paducah and Charles Day III of Paducah; his great grandchildren, Hadley, Parker, Zoe and Jaxon; and his brothers, Thomas Wheatley (Sharon) of Chattanooga and Garry Wheatley (Pam) of Paducah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
