He is survived by: his wife Nickie Hyde Cissell; his daughters, Miranda Cissell (James) of West Paducah and Mirena Cissell (Angie) of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Gavin of West Paducah, Briley of West Paducah and Noble of West Paducah; his mother Barbara Morrow Cissell of West Paducah; and his pet Chloe.
