We bid farewell to Vivian Gevedon (West Liberty, Kentucky), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 12, 2024 at the age of 100. Vivian touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Frank Ferguson and Nancy McClure Ferguson; her husband Joseph French Gevedon; and her siblings, Charles Matthew Ferguson, Jean Ferguson Motley, Ruth Evelyn Ferguson and Phyllis Josephine Ferguson.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Joe (Janise Gevedon), Joan Gevedon Porter of Richmond, VA. and Jeffrey Frank (Teresa Gevedon); her grandchildren, Shane (Everett Markwell), Lisa (Scott Nobles), John Mathew Porter (Andra Simons), Rebecca (Frankie Spencer), Kristy (Jarrod Jones), Danielle Gevedon (Brad Gevedon), David Gevedon, Ryan (Brooke Gevedon), Andrew Trent, Katrina Trent, Sean Gevedon and Logan Gevedon; and her great grandchildren, Amberlee, Jeffery Terrell, Morgan, Jarrad Burton, Kayla Reid, Dylan Reid, Joseph Spencer, Gracie Spencer, Will Jones, Shelby Gevedon and Reece Gevedon. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
