He is survived by: his mother Dianna Brewer Beckman of Hazel Green, Kentucky; his wife Natisha Collins Bellamy of West Liberty, Kentucky; his children, Isaac Dunn of West Liberty, Kentucky, Harlyn Bellamy of West Liberty, Kentucky, Arianna Campbell of West Liberty, Kentucky, Camryn Dunn of West Liberty, Kentucky and Aurorah Campbell of West Liberty, Kentucky; and his siblings, Cody Bellamy of Hazel Green, Kentucky and Caitlyn Beckman (Alex Kidd) of Hazel Green, Kentucky..
