With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tommy V. Lykins of West Liberty, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 13, 2025 at the age of 59. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lykins and Maureen Dalton Lykins; and his brothers, Billy Dalton and Kenny Lykins. He is survived by: his wife Tamatha "Tammy" Havens; his stepchildren, Ian Gunkler (Andrea) of Berea, KY and Garnet Owens (Derek Phillips) of Owenton, KY; his grandchildren, Desmond Phillips, Lestat Phillips, Zoe Gunkler, Malcolm Gunkler and Foster Gunkler; his siblings, Mike Dalton (Kay) and Robin Dalton; and his mother-in-law Linda Goodpaster Ueltschi. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
