She was predeceased by: her children, Michael Smith, Fairley Smith, Teresa Goodpaster and Gary Smith; her daughter-in-law Sandy Smith; and her siblings, Annie Ison, Vernie Montgomery, Louella Ferguson, Goldie Caudill and Ova Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, Velma Dulen of West Liberty, Alma Cantrell (Denzil) of West Liberty, Pam Vest (Mike) of West Liberty, Marcella Arnett (Jonathan) of Somerset, Darrell Smith (Brenda), Darris Smith, Drexel Smith (Shara) and Dwayne Smith (Twana); and her daughter-in-law Delease Smith Brooks of West Liberty. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
