He was predeceased by: his parent B. H.; and his siblings, Brenda Cantrell, Shanda Cantrell, Maxie Phillips, Kathy Fuller, Nevil Wamsley and Dan Cantrell.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Taylor Cantrell; his children, Kayla Cantrell (Olivia) of West Liberty, Ashley Flannery (Dakota) of West Liberty and Tyler Allen Cantrell of West Liberty; his grandchildren, Kyleigh Wright, Giselle Bush, Kayden Cantrell, Jagger Gilliam and Wyatt Cantrell; and his siblings, Shirley Dershem of Covington, Bonnie Lorraine of Sidney, Joe (Christine Cantrell), Denzil (Alma Cantrell), Roy (Mary Cantrell) and Buel (Carolyn Sue Cantrell).
