He is survived by: his wife Kay Hammonds; his son Jared Hammonds (Wanda) of West Liberty; his siblings, Dana Hammonds (Roberta) of Nicholasville and Kendra Gastineau (Marty) of Clayton, OH; his sister-in-law Angie Fannin (Greg) of Salyersville; his niece Megan Petit (Brad); his nephews, Ryan Gastineau and Seth Fannin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia, Audrey, Grayson and Cooper.
