It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Phipps (West Liberty, Kentucky), who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Phipps and Ruby May Phipps; his brothers, Elza (Pamela Phipps) and Grassy Creek; his father-in-law Kennie Williams; his sister Lois; his brother-in-law Doyle Lainhart; his brothers, Maynard Phipps and Clark; and his sister-in-law Lois Phipps.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Williams Phipps; his mother-in-law Ella Williams; his daughters, Sherry and Melissa; his grandchildren, Kendrick Lindon, Chandler Lindon, Preston Hoskins and Larah Sparkman; and his stepgrandchildren, DeeJay Sparkman, Chloe Sparkman and Cheyenne Stone. He is also survived by friends, survived by several nieces and nephews.
