Peggy Dulen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Dulen (West Liberty, Kentucky), born in Ophir, Kentucky, who passed away on September 27, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Peters and Rosie Pennington Peters (Winford Dulen). She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Jenkins, Josephine, Darlie, Junior Peters and Danny; her daughters, Rose and Janet; her granddaughters, Gracie Lee and Adeline; and her siblings, Lassie Lykins, Willadean, Hershell (Rosetta Peters), Harm Peters and Bobby (Sara Peters).
COVID-19 regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
