She is survived by: her husband Darrell Case of West Liberty; her mother-in-law Evaleen Case of Betsy Lane; her stepchildren, Christopher Case (Michelle) and Shannon Case (Melisa) of Ohio; her children, Keisha Adkins (Devan) and Christopher Potter; her siblings, Patty Phipps, Norma Risner (Randy) of West Liberty and Jimmy Stacy (Stacey) of West Liberty; her siblings-in-law, Karen Kirk (Mike) of Prestonsburg, KY. and Terry Case (Garnell); her nieces and nephews, Jamie Peyton, Jerry Phipps, Kyle Risner (Megan), Courtney Hall Jacob Stacy (Michael), Krystal Kirk, Jamie Kirk (Whittney), April Case and Kassidy Case; her aunt Helen Jean Perkins of West Liberty, KY.; and her friend Carol Carter.
