She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Perry and Bessie Pearl Engle Perry; her former husband Frank Dixon; and her siblings, Betty Vest, Junia Kay Ratliff, Sue Wilson and Vernon Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Petty; her son Matthew Perry (Stacey); her sisters, Charlotte Fyffe, Phyllis Gullett (Steve) and Vickie Dagnan (John); her grandchildren, Krista Perry, Kailee Perry and Jordan Perry (Morgan); and also, John Dagnan, Travis Perry, Steven Gullett, Ronny Perry, Tony Perry, Chris Wilson, Rodney Vest, Robert Vest, Brent Ratliff, Joe Wayne Miller and Adam Dagnan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
