She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Rouse and Norah Fuller Rouse (Robert G. Dennis); her son Charles Edward Whitt; her siblings, Terrance Rouse and Barbara Rouse; her grandson Ricky Allen Adkins; and her son-in-law Howard Lee Whitt.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ransom Whitt of Wrigley, KY, Terry James Whitt of Altoona and Janet Ann Whitt of West Liberty, KY.; and her siblings, Norah Bauer of Peachtree Corners and Don Rouse of Sawston Cambridge, England.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
