She was predeceased by: her father Everett Adkins. She is survived by: her mother Mae Allen Adkins of West Liberty, KY; her daughters, Amber Allen (Adam) of Palatka and Heather Williams (Barry) of West Liberty, KY.; her grandchildren, Scott Allen, Cayleigh Allen and Loreli Allen; her stepgrandchildren, Timmy Allen, Jazmine Allen and Annalei Allen; and her brothers, Jamie Adkins (Lisa) of West Liberty, KY., Richie Adkins (Tonya) of West Liberty, KY. and Brandan Adkins (Kayla) of West Liberty, KY.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, cousins and friends.
