With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Barker (West Liberty, Kentucky), born in Ezel, Kentucky, who passed away on July 16, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Kemplin; her grandson Jeff Fairchild; and her brothers, Carl Kemplin, James Frank Kemplin, Bernard Maxey Kemplin, Russell Kemplin and Roger Dale Kemplin.
She is survived by: her parent Ella Lewis Kemplin; her children, Tammy Lynn Fairchild and Shawn Barker of Springfield; her grandsons, Shane Fairchild of Columbus, Jason Fairchild of Springfield and Brock Fairchild of Ezel; her sisters, Gordon Stewart of Ezel, KY, Ruth Kemplin of Ezel, KY, Linda Kemplin and Brenda Kemplin; and also Quintina Barker of Springfield.
