She is survived by: her husband Greg Phipps of West Liberty, Kentucky; her stepsiblings, Keith Manning of West Liberty, Scott Manning (Willa) of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, Anita Williams of West Liberty, Kentucky and Marilynn Campiglia of West Liberty, Kentucky; her uncle Terry Williams (Vickie); her nephew Craig Smith (Shannon); and her nieces, Johna Digonno and Ruby Smith Digonno.
